A physician who knows you, available when you need them.

Become empowered with your primary care. We take the time to dive in, consider you as an individual, with a preventative and thorough lens. Once you leave the office, know you have an advocate who is available to you beyond the clinic walls.

Care that’s cohesive, personal, and actually moving your health forward.

When you have a physician who knows you — your history, your goals, your life outside the clinic — care stops feeling fragmented and starts feeling intentional.

Your goals become defined. You gain depth and clarity around your health and a clear, thoughtful path forward. Numbers start to change for the better. Confidence grows. Your health is back on course.

You’re supported with intention, guided with expertise, and known over time. Most importantly, you have a physician in your corner — someone who sees the full picture and advocates for you at every step.

You can get a lot done when you ask more of your primary care.

I’m a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive training across medical specialties and ten years of practicing general internal medicine. I always have my eyes and ears open — making sure I never miss your story, your symptoms, or your concerns.

Hi, I’m John Daggett, MD.

I started this practice to bring back a more personal, relationship-based approach to medicine — one where you can actually reach your doctor, take the time you need, and feel confident in your care.

As a Maine-grown physician, I go to bat for my patients every day. That means supporting your physical, emotional, and personal goals — and removing the stress of accessing your physician so we can focus on what actually matters: meaningful conversations about your health.

Outside the office, I’m a husband and father, an avid supporter of youth sports and the arts, and I’m always adding to a growing vinyl collection. (Recommendations are always welcome!)

Getting started is easy.

Joining a new practice can feel like a big step — especially if you’ve had frustrating experiences with the healthcare system before.

Here, the process is simple, fast, and designed to get you the care you need without unnecessary friction. Most new patients are seen within 48 hours of enrolling.

  • Not sure if this is the right fit? Start with a free 15-minute call. We'll talk through what you're looking for and whether this practice makes sense for you.

  • Once you join, you'll immediately gain access to an electronic health record and secure messaging portal that puts your physician at your fingertips.

  • Reach out to schedule your initial visit. We'll go through your history, talk about your goals, and order any needed lab work to get a clear baseline.

  • You can be seen within 48 hours of enrollment, sometimes sooner. Excellent care does not have to require months of waiting.

Questions? Here are the ones I hear most.

  • I am experienced in treating hundreds of conditions -both acute and chronic – that affects adults. I like to stay on top of all the different medical specialities and offer my patients a broad experience, one rooted in

  • Internal medicine physicians are not trained in the care of infants and children. In my career, I have cared for patients 16 years and older. Internal medicine training tends to focus more on inpatient medicine, with rotations in hospital medicine and the intensive care unit. This means I have care for very sick patients, can recognize when things are going well or when symptoms aren’t quite right, and be the experienced physician you need to care for you without delay.

  • At this time I am the solo physician in the office. I do not have other staff at this time. I do have a registered nurse who works with me intermittently to assist with procedures, serve as a chaperone, etc. As the practice grows, I do anticipate growing the team!

  • We like to bring lots of value! Unlimited visits, annual labwork, simple office procedure, medication management, mental health care, this is the office where we like to support all of your core healthcare needs!
