Primary care works best when it’s personal.
I started this practice to bring medicine back to what it should be: accessible, thoughtful, and built on real relationships.
As a physician, I’ve always been inspired by my patients—their resilience, their goals, and the lives they lead outside the clinic.
But over time, I found myself in a system that made it harder and harder to show up for them the way they deserved. Less time. Less access. Fewer opportunities to truly listen.
I knew there had to be a better way. So I built it.
This practice was built around the belief that care should be available, thoughtful, and rooted in real relationships. Your doctor’s office should be a place where conversations aren’t rushed, and where we have the time to explore what actually matters to your health.
I found my rhythm in medicine.
You’ll find direct access, longer visits, and a physician who’s invested in your health.
You may even find a record spinning!
I believe great care begins with saying yes—yes to meeting you where you are, and yes to stepping beyond the walls of a traditional office. This practice is designed to bring thoughtful, accessible care directly into your life, wherever that may be.
My focus is on real relationships, timely access, and thoughtful care that helps you stay ahead of problems—not just react to them.
I found my rhythm in medicine.
I once planned to pursue music in college. Then a single observation shift in a local emergency department changed everything. I saw firsthand the teamwork, trust, and purpose behind patient care — and knew immediately I wanted to be part of it.
That experience shaped how I approach medicine today. I value listening, connection, and the rhythm of real conversations — taking the time to understand each person’s story, not just their symptoms.
I’m grateful to practice medicine here in Maine, caring for a community that values hard work, independence, and showing up for one another.
Outside the office, I’m a husband and father, an avid supporter of youth sports and the arts, and I’m always adding to a growing vinyl collection. Recommendations are always welcome.
My practice is grounded in connection.
-
Care should be accessible.
You shouldn’t have to wait weeks or navigate a system just to reach your doctor. Good care starts with being available when it matters.
-
Relationships matter.
The best care comes from knowing your patients over time — their history, their goals, and what matters most to them.
-
Time is essential.
Rushed visits lead to missed details. Taking the time to listen, think, and follow through leads to better outcomes and less unnecessary cost.
-
Show up and follow through.
Good medicine doesn’t end when the visit is over. It’s about staying present, staying connected, and helping you navigate whatever comes next.
-
Health is personal.
Every patient has a unique story. Care should reflect your life, your priorities, and your goals — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Confidence in your care starts with confidence in your physician.
If you’re looking for a more personal, accessible approach to primary care, I’d be glad to connect. Whether you’re ready to join or just exploring your options, I’m here to help you find the right fit.
